Mediation is securely grounded in moving things forward and not on re-running the past; its not about past relationships but about building new ones. We can point you towards relationship counsellors if you think it can help – sometimes alongside mediation.
How long will it take?
Mediation sessions last 1½ hours.
How many sessions you need depends upon what you both agree to discuss.
The frequency of sessions is a matter for agreement with your Mediator.
It is unusual for the sessions to be closer together than one every 2 weeks.
